Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened wellness, body care, or personal care products.
